On certain trucks equipped liquid propane gas (LPG) fuelled engines, an airline hose and the block heater wiring may not have been secured correctly at time of assembly. This could allow the hose and wire to be damaged due to proximity to the exhaust, or potentially result in a fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect routing and secure as necessary. Damaged hoses and wiring will be replaced.

On certain vehicles equipped with Cummins ISB or ISL engines, the fuel filter shell and nut plate could separate, causing a fuel leak and also causing the engine to stall. Stalling would result in a loss of motive power, increasing the risk of a crash resulting in injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Cummins-authorized dealers will replace the fuel filter.

On certain LPG/propane fuelled vehicles, the fuel injectors may not be adequately retained by fuel injector clips, which could result in a fuel leak. Fuel leakage, in the presence of an ignition source, could result in a fire causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will inspect vehicles and repair if required.
