Issue: On certain buses, a defect in the programmable relay power center (PRC) module could cause it to short circuit. Note: This recall only affects PRC modules with a date code of 0919. Safety Risk: A short circuit can create the risk of a fire, personal injury, or a crash. Corrective Actions: Forest River will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your bus to a dealer to install a wire jumper harness.

On certain buses, the front observation window located directly above the windshield may have incorrectly received tempered safety glass. In the event road debris were to strike the glass, the window may shatter and glass could fall into the occupant compartment, increasing the risk of injury. Correction: Federal Coach will send new replacement laminate window to affected owners and will cover installation costs.

On certain buses, the 2 point passenger seat belts installed on the passenger seats located next to the aisle could become frayed from rubbing against the inboard seat bracket edge. A frayed seat belt may fail to properly restrain the occupant in the event of a crash which would increase the risk of injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect and replace any frayed seat belts. A protective cover will also be added to the seat belts.
