Issue: On certain motorcycles, the front brake pads could separate. This would cause reduced front braking. Safety Risk: Reduced braking could cause extended stopping distances and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Triumph will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorcycle to a dealer to replace the front brake pads.

Issue: On certain motorcycles, the gear linkage clamp could contact the Quickshifter Assembly. This could affect a gear change, and could result in a missed gear or false neutral. If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the rear wheel. Safety Risk: A loss of power to the rear wheel could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Triumph will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorcycle to a dealer to replace the gear linkage clamp assembly.
