    Issue: On certain motorhomes, a wiring problem could allow the slide-out room to extend from the motorhome while driving. Safety Risk: A slide-out room that extends from the motorhome while driving could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Thor Motor Coach will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to replace the parking brake wiring harness.

    Issue: On certain motorhomes, the occupant and cargo-carrying capacity label doesn't list the correct seating capacity. The label incorrectly states that there are 7 seats if you have the theater seats option, or 8 seats if you have the optional sofa. The label should list that there are 6 seats if you have the theater seats option, or 7 seats if you have the optional sofa. As a result, the number of seat belts in the vehicle does not match the occupant capacity. Safety Risk: Not wearing a seat belt can increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: Thor Motor Coach will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a dealership to install a new occupant and cargo-carrying capacity label.

    Issue: On certain motorhomes, the propane hoses may be incorrectly routed through the rear suspension leaf springs. As a result, the hoses could be damaged by contact with suspension parts and cause a propane leak. Note: This is an expansion of Thor Motor Coach recall RC0000242 (Transport Canada Recall No. 2021-601). Safety Risk: A propane leak could result in an explosion or fire. Corrective Actions: Thor Motor Coach will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a dealership to re-route and secure the propane hose away from the rear suspension, as necessary.

    Issue: On certain motorhomes, the vehicle control system software may be defective. The software may allow various components in the motorhome to operate at random and without warning. This could result in sudden movement of the slide-out room(s). Safety Risk: If a slide-out room moves suddenly and without warning, it could create a risk of injury. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to a dealer to update the motorhome's Multiplex system.
