Issue: On certain side-by-side UTVs, the fuel pump outlet connector could develop a fuel leak. Safety Risk: A fuel leak can create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Polaris will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your UTV to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the fuel pump. Polaris recommends that you should not drive your UTV until the recall repairs are completed.

Issue: On certain side-by-side UTVs, the connection between the fuel pump assembly and the fuel tank could leak. If this happens, fuel could leak onto hot surfaces that are nearby. Safety Risk: Fuel that leaks onto a hot surface could cause a fire. Corrective Actions: Polaris recommends that you should not drive your UTV until the recall repairs are completed. Polaris will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the fuel pump. For some 2021-2022 model year RZR Pro XP 4 models, the dealer will replace the fuel tank.
