As a result, the seat belt may not work properly in a crash, and the buses may not meet certain requirements of Canadian regulations. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Nova Bus recommends not to use the seat belt tension-relieving device until the recall repairs have been completed. On certain transit buses, the cooling pumps for the electrical and/or mechanical cooling packages could fail and cause a loss of power to the wheels. Note: This recall replaces Transport Canada recall no. 2025-539. Safety Risk: A sudden loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. A bus that is disabled could result in a transfer of passengers in an uncontrolled environment, which may create a risk of injury. Note: This recall is an expansion of Transport Canada recall no. 2023-291 and only affects certain buses equipped with a Recaro driver's seat. Safety Risk: A loose seat belt could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: Nova Bus will notify owners by mail. The corrective actions for this recall are under development. Nova Bus advises that if the seat belt is loose after it's buckled, the driver should readjust the seat to eliminate any interference with the seat belt.

  Issue: On certain transit buses, the driver's seat back panel could interfere with the driver's seat belt. As a result, the driver's seat belt may not retract properly. This may include limiting the recline angle of the of the seat back or adding a spacer on the driver's rear partition. Nova Bus advises that if the seat belt is loose after it's buckled, the driver should readjust the seat to eliminate any interference with the seat belt.

  Nova Bus (US) Inc. (Nova Bus) is recalling certain 2023-2024 LFS Artic and 2022-2024 LFS buses. The coolant sensor could send a false signal, causing the engine to shut down.

  Risk: An unexpected engine shut down can increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, transferring passengers from the disabled bus can increase the risk of injury.

  Remedy: Nova Bus will inspect and replace the coolant sensor as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed November 2, 2026. Owners may contact Nova Bus customer service at 1-800-350-6682. Nova Bus's number for this recall is CR5936. This recall supersedes Recall 24V873. Vehicles repaired under the previous recall will need the new repair completed.

• SERVICE BRAKES, AIR:SUPPLY:LOW PRESSURE WARNING:SWITCH#26V355000June 2, 2026

  Nova Bus (US) Inc. (Nova Bus) is recalling certain 1997-2002, 2005-2024 LFS, 2009-2014, and 2016 - 2024 LFS Artic transit buses. The low brake air pressure warning light may fail to illuminate when the engine is off. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 121, "Air Brake Systems."

  Risk: A low brake air pressure warning light that fails to illuminate when the engine is off will not alert the driver to a low brake pressure condition, increasing the risk of a crash if the parking brake is disengaged before starting the engine.

  Remedy: Nova Bus will update the firmware, free of charge. Interim owner notification letters explaining the safety risk were mailed by July 17, 2026. Owners will receive another notice once remedy becomes available. Owners may contact Nova Bus customer service at 1-450-472-6410. Nova Bus' number for this recall is CR5918. • VISIBILITY:GLASS, SIDE/REAR:CRITICAL FASTENERS#26V206000March 31, 2026

  Nova Bus (US) Inc. (Nova Bus) is recalling certain 2025 LFS and 2024 LFS Artic transit buses. Inadequate adhesion around the window frame may cause the glass to detach. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 217, "Bus Emergency Exits and Window Retention and Release."

  Risk: The glass can fall out of the frame, increasing the risk of ejection and injury during a crash. Detached window glass can also become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.

  Remedy: Nova Bus will inspect and replace the glass as necessary, free of charge. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk were mailed May 29, 2026. Owners will receive another notice once remedy becomes available. Owners may contact Nova Bus customer service at 1-450-472-6410. Nova Bus' number for this recall is CR5877.
