Corrective Actions: Newmar will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a Spartan Service Center to replace the brake pressure switch.

Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Newmar advises you to inspect for any loose baggage door covers before driving. Newmar will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a Newmar authorized service center to inspect and, if necessary, secure the baggage door covers.

  Issue: Under certain conditions, the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) may not display the current tire pressure and temperature on the instrument panel's information center. Instead, it could incorrectly display a temperature and pressure that is much higher than the normal range. This could cause confusion about the actual tire pressure. Driving a vehicle with tires that are not properly inflated could cause poor handling and/or a tire failure. Note: The TPMS warning telltale will continue to function as designed and will alert you if the tire pressure is too low. This recall only affects motorhome chassis equipped with a SpartanLync tire pressure monitoring system. This recall is part of FL-935 (Transport Canada recall 2022-276). Safety Risk: Poor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Newmar will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a Daimler Truck North America (DTNA) authorized service facility to update the TPMS control module software. Additionally, a longer TPMS antenna mounting bracket will be installed on certain motorhomes.

Note: This recall replaces FL-856 (Transport Canada recall 2020-336). Motorhomes that were repaired under that recall also require this repair. Safety Risk: Brake lights or turn signals that do not work could cause a following driver not to recognize that a vehicle ahead is braking or intends to turn. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Newmar will notify owners by mail and instruct you to contact a Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) authorized service facility to schedule a repair. The service facility will install a new wiring harness bypass.

Corrective Actions: Newmar will notify owners by mail and instruct you to bring your motorhome to a dealership to inspect the wiring under the front seats. The wiring will be protected and secured, as required. The dealer will also make changes to the circuit protection.

Corrective Actions: Newmar will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a dealer to update the instrument cluster control module. The dealer will also move the air ducts for the defrosting and defogging system as far away from the control module as possible.

Corrective Action: Newmar will notify owners by mail and instruct you to bring your motorhome to an authorized dealer or service center to inspect and replace the vent window glass, as required.

  On certain motorhomes equipped with a heavier weight adjustable foot pedal, the brake activation signal to the motorhome’s brake lights and to certain towed devices may not deactivate when the motorhome service brakes are released. This may cause the motorhome brake lights to potentially remain illuminated, which would result in the following road users being unaware of the driver's intentions. Additionally, if the brakes of a towed vehicle were to remained engaged, it could result in a loss of vehicle control. Both of these conditions could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Daimler Trucks North America authorized service facilities will replace the torsion spring of the pedal assembly with an improved spring.

Correction: Dealers will install a new door latch that cannot be inadvertently locked and can only be activated from the exterior of the refrigerator after the door is closed.
