Issue: On certain vehicles, winter tires with the wrong load rating may have been installed. As a result, the tires may be overloaded. This could cause poor handling or a tire failure. Safety Risk: Poor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the winter tires.

Issue: On certain vehicles, there could be a problem with the connection of the infotainment system. As a result, the rearview camera image may not display when the transmission is shifted into reverse. Safety Risk: A rearview camera image that doesn't display could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to secure the connection of the infotainment system.

Corrective Actions: Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the fuel delivery module.

Issue: On certain vehicles, the connections on the fuel supply hose may not be properly attached. As a result, fuel could leak in the engine compartment. Safety Risk: A fuel leak can create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to check the upper and lower connections on the fuel transition hose. The dealer will replace the clamps and the fuel hose, if required.

Issue: On certain vehicles, the passenger seat belt assemblies may contain defective automatic locking retractors (ALR). As a result, the seat belts may not properly lock to secure a child seat. Note: The vehicle's lower universal anchorage system (UAS) is not affected by this defect and may still be used to secure a child seat. Safety Risk: A seat belt that is used to secure a child restraint but is not properly locked could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the seat belts. They will be replaced, if necessary.

Daimler Vans USA, LLC (DVUSA) is recalling certain 2020-2023 Mercedes-Benz Metris vehicles. The electrical connections for the infotainment system may not be properly secured, which can cause the rearview camera image not to display. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."
Risk: A rearview image that does not display reduces the driver's view of what is behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and repair the infotainment system connection, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 11, 2025. Owners may contact DVUSA customer service at 1-877-762-8267. DVUSA's number for this recall is VS2GARPIN.
- FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:DELIVERY:FUEL PUMP#23V444000
Daimler Vans USA, LLC (DVUSA) is recalling certain 2021 Freightliner Sprinter and 2021-2023 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Metris vehicles. The fuel pump may shutdown, which can result in a loss of drive power.
Risk: A loss of drive power can increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the fuel pump, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 1, 2023. Owners may contact DVUSA customer service at 1-877-762-8267. DVUSA's number for this recall is 4790205.
- ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE#22V360000
Daimler Vans USA, LLC (DVUSA) is recalling certain 2019-2021 Freightliner Sprinter, Mercedes-Benz Metris, and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicles. An error in the communication module's SIM card software can cause a mobile network connection failure, disabling the emergency call (eCall) system.
Risk: A disabled eCall system would prevent a vehicle occupant from contacting the emergency services call center in an emergency, potentially delaying emergency responders and increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy: The communication module software will be updated through an Over-the-Air (OTA) update, or by a dealer, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 13, 2022. Owners may contact DVUSA at 1-877-762-8267. DVUSA's number for this recall is VS2SIMKOM/VS3SIMKOM.

Daimler Vans USA, LLC (DVUSA) is recalling certain 2017-2022 Mercedes-Benz Metris vehicles. The connection of the upper and lower fuel hoses to the engine may be insecure, which can result in a fuel leak.
Risk: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.

Daimler Vans USA, LLC (DVUSA) is recalling certain 2016-2021 Mercedes-Benz Metris vehicles. The brake fluid reservoir may be incorrectly mounted, which can allow it to detach.
Risk: A detached brake fluid reservoir can leak brake fluid, increasing the risk of a crash.

Daimler Vans USA, LLC (DVUSA) is recalling certain 2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Metris, and Freightliner Sprinter vehicles equipped with Automatic Locking Retractor (ALR) seat belt assemblies. The seat belt automatic locking retractors may deactivate early, which can prevent the child restraint system from securing properly. As such, these assemblies fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."
Risk: An unsecured child restraint system can increase the risk of injury during a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the seat belt assemblies, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on December 21, 2021. Owners may contact DVUSA's customer service at 1-877-762-8267.
- SEATS#21V106000
Daimler Vans USA, LLC (DVUSA) is recalling certain 2021 Mercedes-Benz Metris vehicles equipped with an adjustable front passenger seat. The front passenger seat frame base may not have been welded properly.
Risk: An improperly welded seat frame base may have reduced stability, which can increase the risk of injury to the occupant in a crash.
Remedy: DVUSA will notify owners, and dealers will replace the seat frame base, free of charge. DVUSA issued owners an interim notification on May 6, 2021. The recall began May 13, 2021. Owners may contact DVUSA customer service at 1-877-762-8267. DVUSA's number for this recall is VS2SITZNAT.
