On certain trailers, the spring brake check valve may not have been manufactured correctly. This could result in a delay in the application of the spring brakes, which after decoupling from the tractor, could increase the risk of a trailer rollaway, potentially causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Affected valves will be corrected by way of a repair kit.
- Suspension#2015403
23 units affected
On certain trailers equipped with SAF-Holland CBX series suspensions, the suspension arm pivot bolts may break. This could affect axle alignment and potentially result in suspension failure, which could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace pivot bolts.

On certain semi-trailers, the slack adjuster housings may have been manufactured incorrectly, which could allow the housings to fracture and fail. As a result, the wheel brake to which the slack adjuster is attached would no longer function. This could increase vehicle stopping distances and result in a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the slack adjusters.
