Issue: On a small number of RV trailers, the brackets for the bunk bed may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the bunk could fail and cause a person to fall. Safety risk: Falling from a bunk bed could create a risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Keystone will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your RV trailer to a dealership to replace the bunk bed brackets.

U.S. NHTSA recalls
01- STRUCTURE:CRITICAL FASTENERS#25V547000
Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2026 Springdale and Hideout travel trailers. The pivot brackets on the bunk bed may bend or break.
Risk: Bent or broken brackets may allow the bunk bed to fall, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 5, 2025. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 25-472.
