    Issue: On certain RV trailers, the hidden hinges for the ramp door may fail. If this happens, the ramp door could break when loading or unloading items into the rear garage area. Safety Risk: A ramp door that breaks when loading or unloading items in the rear garage could increase the risk of injury. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Keystone recommends that you shouldn't use the ramp door until the recall repairs have been completed. Keystone will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your RV trailer to a dealership to install support brackets for the ramp door.

    Issue: On a small number of RV trailers, the pins for the rear gate and/or the support bracket for the patio steps may be missing. As a result, the gate and/or the steps could move and cause a person to fall. Safety Risk: A gate and/or steps that moves could create a risk of injury. Corrective Actions: None of the affected trailers have been delivered to customers. Keystone will instruct dealers to install the missing gate pins and/or support bracket before the trailers are delivered. To reduce the safety risk, Keystone advises you to check for missing rear gate pins and/or a missing patio leg support bracket. If either are missing, you shouldn't use the patio until the recall repairs have been completed.

    Issue: On certain RV trailers, the receiver for the removable step on the side of the trailer may not have been attached properly. As a result, the receiver could detach from the bracket and cause a person to fall. Safety risk: A step that detaches could create a risk of injury. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Keystone advises that you should check that the receiver for the step bracket is properly secured until the recall repairs have been completed. Keystone will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your RV trailer to a dealership to replace the receiver for the removable step.

  • EQUIPMENT:RECREATIONAL VEHICLE/TRAILER#26V026000

    Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Fuzion, Raptor, Redwood, and 2024-2026 Voltage travel trailers. The ramp door may break away from the door frame while loading or unloading vehicles.

    Risk: A ramp door that breaks during use increases the risk of injury.

    Remedy: Dealers will install additional support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 4, 2026. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 26-478. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning March 13, 2026.

  • FUEL SYSTEM, OTHER:DELIVERY:HOSES, LINES/PIPING, AND FITTINGS#25V383000

    Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2025 Fuzion and Raptor toy hauler recreational trailers. The generator's fuel and vapor hoses may have been reversed during installation.

    Risk: Incorrectly connected hoses can feed fuel into the incorrect side of the carburetor, increasing the risk of a fire.

    Remedy: Dealers will correct the hose placement, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 1, 2025. Owners may contact 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 25-471.

  • STRUCTURE:BODY:STEP/LADDER#25V384000

    Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2025 Carbon, Fuzion, and Raptor toy hauler recreational trailers. The rear gate pins and/or leg support bracket may be missing, allowing the gate to shift during operation.

    Risk: A rear gate that shifts or patio stairs that becomes unstable increase the risk of injury.

    Remedy: Dealers will install the gate pins and/or leg support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 4, 2025. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 25-470.

  • STRUCTURE:BODY:STEP/LADDER#25V321000

    Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Voltage 4135, 4225, Fuzion, 2025 Springdale 266DECK, Retreat 391FSRL, 39FSRL, Residence 401FLFT, 401FSRL, 40FLFT, 40FSRL, Hideout 26PATIO, and 2024 Raptor travel trailers, equipped with a removable step assembly. The clip-on bracket mounting bolts may come loose, allowing the steps to detach.

    Risk: Steps that detach while in use increase the risk of injury.

    Remedy: Dealers will install a new bracket and hardware, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 7, 2025. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 25-468.
