  • Visual System#2026205

    1,762 units affected

Issue: On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the instrument panel cluster screen not to display. If this happens, you may not be able to see certain information about the vehicle, including the gear selection, warnings, and tell-tales. Note: For the Charger model, this recall only affects the Charger Daytona model. Safety Risk: Warnings, tell-tales and gauges that don't display could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the instrument panel cluster software.

  • Structure#2026112

    860 units affected

Issue: On certain vehicles, the hinge covers for the liftgate may not have been properly attached. As a result, the cover(s) could loosen and detach from the vehicle. Safety Risk: Parts that detach from the vehicle could create a hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and secure or replace the liftgate hinge covers, as necessary.

  • Electrical#2026043

    44,696 units affected

Issue: On certain vehicles, the trailer tow module could fail. As a result, the trailer lights may not work when towing a trailer. This problem could also cause the trailer brakes not to work. Note: This recall also affects certain RAM 3500, 4500 and 5500 chassis cab incomplete vehicles. Safety Risk: Trailer lights that don't work could make the vehicle less visible and cause following drivers not to recognize that the vehicle is braking or intends to turn or change lanes. These issues could increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, a loss of trailer brakes could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the trailer tow module.

  • Lights And Instruments#2025143

    623 units affected

Issue: On certain vehicles, covers were not installed over the horizontal headlamp adjusters, and the vertical headlamp adjusters may not be accessible. As a result, the headlamps may be adjusted horizontally, and may not be adjusted vertically. Canadian regulations don't allow for horizontal headlamp adjustment unless the vehicle is equipped with a built-in aiming device, and require vertical headlamp adjusters to be accessible. Safety Risk: Headlamps that aren't properly adjusted could cause reduced visibility or glare for oncoming drivers, and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to repair the headlamps.
