  • Label#2019475

    661 units affected

Issue: On certain travel trailers, the compliance label has some errors in the metric conversions. 1. The maximum cargo weight is listed as 80 kg, when it should be 807 kg. 2. The rear and spare tire pressures are listed as 5521 kPa and 5527 kPa, when they should be 552 kPa. All of the imperial data provided is correct. Safety Risk: These small errors are unlikely to affect safety. Corrective Actions: This is not a recall. The company has made production changes to ensure that all new vehicles meet the requirements of Canadian regulations.

  • Suspension#2018514

    99 units affected

On certain travel trailers, the axle bearings may not have been properly installed. This could cause the bearings to overheat and fail, potentially resulting in wheel separation. A wheel separating from the vehicle could cause a loss of control and a crash. In addition, the wheel assembly could strike another vehicle, stationary object, or bystander, causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will repair or replace the axle hubs and bearings as necessary.

  • Structure#2016206

    55 units affected

Certain travel trailers may have been manufactured without a lock washer on the bolts that secure the propane tank to the iron rails of the A-frame. This could cause the propane tank to become loose and potentially detach from the trailer, becoming a road hazard which would increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect and add a lock washer as necessary.

  • Suspension#2012260

    98 units affected

On certain travel trailers, oversized wheel bearings may have been inadvertently installed during the assembly process. This may result in excessive movement of the wheel hub, which could cause the bearing to become overheated and worn. Bearing failure can cause a wheel-end fire, which could result in property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the wheel bearing assemblies.
