Issue: On certain travel trailers, the interior cooktop burner could be affected by the operation of the furnace. This could potentially cause the burner flame to invert. Safety Risk: An inverted burner flame could create the risk of a burn injury or cause a fire. Corrective Actions: Jayco will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your trailer to a dealer to install panels and seal any gaps that could allow return air from the furnace to cause an inverted flame on the cooktop. Note: To minimize the safety risk, Jayco recommends that the furnace and the range cooktop should not be used at the same time before the recall repairs have been completed.

Issue: On certain RV trailers, the propane (LP) regulator could fail. If this happens, high-pressure propane could reach the appliances. Note: This recall is an expansion of recall 2021-367. This recall only affects trailers equipped with a Winntec model 6020 propane regulator. Safety Risk: Unregulated propane pressure can create the risk of an appliance fire. Corrective Action: Jayco will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your trailer to a dealer to replace the propane (LP) regulator.

Issue: On certain travel trailers, the spare tire carrier could break and separate from the trailer. Safety Risk: A spare tire carrier that falls from the trailer could become a hazard for other road users and bystanders. This could create a risk of injury and/or a crash. Corrective Actions: Jayco will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your travel trailer to a dealer to install additional reinforcements on the spare tire carrier. Jayco advises that you should remove the spare tire until the recall repairs have been completed.
