Issue: On certain trucks, the front stabilizer bar brackets may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the bracket(s) could break and the stabilizer bar could detach from the truck. Safety Risk: Parts that detach from the truck could create a hazard for other road users and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Isuzu advises you to inspect the front stabilizer bar before driving until the recall repairs have been completed. Isuzu will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to remove or replace the stabilizer bar, stabilizer bar brackets, leaf spring assemblies and/or stabilizer plates, as necessary.

Issue: On certain trucks, the electric fuel heater could overheat. As a result, the fuel heater housing could melt, and fuel could leak into the connector. If this happens, the connection terminals could overheat and melt. Note: This problem could cause the engine not to start or to have trouble starting. Safety Risk: A fuel leak and/or a connector that overheats and melts can increase the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Isuzu will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to replace the electric fuel heater. The dealer will also inspect and, if necessary, repair any damaged connector.

Isuzu Motors Limited (Isuzu) is recalling certain 2022-2026 Isuzu FVR, 2023-2026 Chevrolet 7500XD, 2018-2026 Chevrolet 6500XD, and Isuzu FTR vehicles. The axle stabilizer bracket bolts may crack and break, allowing the bracket to detach from the vehicle.
Risk: A detached axle stabilizer bracket can create a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the stabilizer bar brackets, free of charge. This is a Phased campaign. Phase 1 will include Class 6 vehicles (FTR, Chevy 6500XD). Owner notification letters were mailed December 12, 2025 to FTR and Chevrolet 6500XD owners. Phase 2 will include Class 7 vehicles (FVR, Chevy 7500XD). Owner notification letters were mailed April 24, 2026 to FVR owners. Owner notification letters were mailed May 11, 2026 to Chevrolet 7500XD owners. Isuzu Motors Limited (Isuzu) is recalling certain 2022-2026 Isuzu FVR, Isuzu FTR, Chevrolet 6500XD, and 2023-2026 Chevrolet 7500XD vehicles. The fuel heater may overheat, melting the casing and allowing fuel to leak into the electrical connector.
Risk: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the fuel heater and electrical connectors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 7, 2025. Owners may contact Isuzu customer service at 1-866-441-9638. Isuzu's number for this recall is V2504.
FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: SENSING SYSTEM: CAMERA#24V157000February 28, 2024
Isuzu Motors Limited (Isuzu) is recalling certain 2019-2024 FTR, 2020-2024 Chevrolet LCF 6500XD, 2022-2024 FVR, and 2023-2024 Chevrolet LCF 7500XD vehicles equipped with a Mobileye Collision Warning System. The Mobileye camera cable may have been routed improperly, which can result in wiring damage and an overloaded electrical circuit.
Risk: Overloaded electrical circuits can overheat, increasing the risk of fire. In addition, wiring damage may cause a loss of turn signal, hazard lights, and/or collision system function, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and reroute the Mobileye camera cable or replace the Mobileye camera cable and T-harness, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 08, 2024. Owners may contact Isuzu customer service at 1-866-441-9638. Isuzu's number for this recall is V2401.
