    Issue: On certain motorhomes, the exhaust tip may not have been properly attached and could separate. If this happens, exhaust fumes and carbon monoxide could enter the motorhome. Note: This recall only affects certain motorhomes built on Ford chassis. Safety Risk: A buildup of exhaust gas in the motorhome could increase the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. Additionally, an exhaust tip that detaches from the motorhome could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: REV Group will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to install a clamp to secure the exhaust tip.

    Issue: On certain motorhomes, the Smart Data Link Connector (SDLC) module may have been damaged by moisture during vehicle assembly. As a result, the module, connector and wiring harness could corrode and cause the instrument cluster not to work. If this happens, warnings, tell-tales and gauges may not display properly. Safety Risk: Warnings, tell-tales, and gauges that don't display could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: REV Group will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a Ford dealership to replace the Smart Data Link Connector (SDLC) module and wiring harness, as necessary.

    Issue: On certain motorhomes, the trailer hitch receiver could break and detach from the motorhome while towing a vehicle. Safety Risk: A towed vehicle that detaches from the motorhome could create a risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: REV Group will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a dealership to replace the trailer hitch. REV Group advises not to use the trailer hitch until the recall repairs have been completed.

U.S. NHTSA recalls

  • ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:EXHAUST SYSTEM#25V121000

    REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Fleetwood Bounder, Flair, Fortis, Holiday Rambler Admiral, Invicta, Vacationer, 2023-2025 Fleetwood Flex, Holiday Rambler Eclipse, and 2022-2023 Fleetwood Southwind motorhomes. The engine exhaust tip may detach, allowing exhaust fumes to enter the cabin.

    Risk: Exhaust fumes inside the cabin increases the risk of injury or death from carbon monoxide poisoning. In addition, a detached exhaust tip can become a road hazard for other road users, increasing the risk of a crash.

    Remedy: Dealers will install a clamp to the exhaust tip, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed April 26, 2025. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 250221REV.

  • TRAILER HITCHES#23V351000

    REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2020-2024 Fleetwood Bounder, Holiday Rambler Vacationer and 2020-2023 Fleetwood Southwind motorhomes. The tow hitch may become damaged due to stress or vehicle overloading, which can cause the tow vehicle to separate from the motorhome.

    Risk: A tow vehicle that separates from the motorhome can become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.

    Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the hitch, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 27, 2023. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 230516REV.
