  Issue: On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the rearview camera image not to display or to freeze when the transmission is shifted into reverse. Safety Risk: A rearview camera image that doesn't display correctly could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and send a wireless over-the-air software update to eligible vehicles to update the SYNC software. Alternatively, you may schedule an appointment to have the update performed at a Ford dealership.

  Issue: On certain vehicles, the wrong rear axle shaft bolts may have been installed by a Ford dealer during recall 24S05 (Transport Canada recall no. 2024-083). As a result, the bolts could loosen and cause a rear wheel to lock up or to separate from the vehicle. This could also cause a loss of power to the wheels or the vehicle to move when it's parked and the parking brake isn't applied. Safety Risk: A rear wheel that locks up suddenly or a wheel separation could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. A wheel that separates could create a hazard for others. Additionally, a loss of power to the wheels or a parked vehicle that moves suddenly could create the risk of an injury and/or a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the rear axle shaft bolts. The dealer will also inspect and fill the differential fluid, as necessary.

  Issue: On certain vehicles, the incomplete vehicle information label lists an incorrect gross axle weight rating (GAWR) for the front axle. The label incorrectly lists the front axle capacity as 2100 kg (4630 lb.). The label should instead list the front axle capacity as 1875 kg (4134 lb.). This could lead to overloading of the vehicle and cause the steering knuckle(s) to fail. If this happens, there could be a loss of control. Note: This recall only affects certain rear-wheel drive incomplete vehicles equipped with single rear wheels, a 3.5L engine and a 138'' wheelbase. Safety Risk: A loss of control could increase the risk a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the incomplete vehicle information label.

  Issue: On certain vehicles, the rear axle was not properly filled with oil. As a result, the tail bearings could seize, and the pinion stem could break. If this happens, the driveshaft could separate from the rear axle and cause a loss of power to the wheels. This could also cause the vehicle to move when the transmission is in Park, if the parking brake is not used. Note: This recall only affects certain vehicles equipped with a 9.75" rear axle and a gasoline engine. Safety Risk: A loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, a parked vehicle that moves suddenly could create the risk of an injury or a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to have the rear axle inspected. It will be repaired and/or parts will be replaced, as necessary.

  Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Transit vehicles. The engine crossmember may not be secured properly, which can cause the engine to shift and possibly result in a loss of drive power or brake failure.

  Risk: A loss of drive power or brake failure increases the risk of a crash.

  Remedy: Dealers will replace the cross member fasteners, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 22, 2026. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. • EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY:WHEELCHAIR RESTRAINTS/SECUREMENT:LATCH/ANCHOR:#25V876000December 17, 2025

  Rollx Vans (Rollx) is recalling certain GMC Yukon, Sierra, Chevrolet Express 2500, Ford Transit, E-250, Toyota Sienna, Sienna Hybrid, Honda Odyssey, Chrysler Town and Country, Voyager, Pacifica, Dodge Grand Caravan, and Ram Promaster vehicles equipped with QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints. Please refer to Rollx's recall report for specific model year information. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.

  Risk: An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.

  Remedy: Rollx will work with Q'Straint to inspect and replace the retractors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 5, 2026. Owners may contact Rollx's customer service at 1-800-956-6668.

• STEERING#25V623000September 18, 2025

  Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Transit vehicles repaired incorrectly under recall numbers 24V226 and 24V591. An incorrect steering coupler cover and tires that were not designed for the vehicle may have been installed during a previous repair.

  Risk: Incorrect tires and an incorrect steering coupler cover can cause a loss of brake function, loss of steering control, or damage to tires, increasing the risk of a crash.

  Remedy: Dealers will inspect and if necessary, replace the tires, tire placard, and certification label, and also recalibrate the vehicle. Additionally, dealers will remove the steering coupler cover. Repairs will be performed free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 10, 2026. • BACK OVER PREVENTION:SOFTWARE#25V315000May 9, 2025

  Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2021-2024 Bronco, F-150, 2021-2024 Edge, 2022-2025 Escape, F-250, F-350, F-450, F-550, F-600, 2022-2024 Expedition, 2022-2025 Transit, 2021-2023 Mach-E, 2024 Ranger, Mustang, 2021-2023 Lincoln Nautilus, 2022-2024 Navigator, and 2023-2024 Corsair vehicles. A software error may cause the rearview camera image to delay, freeze, or not display when the vehicle is in reverse.

  Risk: A frozen or missing rearview camera image can reduce the driver's view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

  Remedy: The accessory protocol interface module (APIM) software will be updated by a dealer or through an over-the-air update, free of charge. This will be a phased campaign, with the remedy becoming available in different phases based on model and model years. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk were mailed on June 26, 2025. Additional letters will be mailed once the final remedy is available on each phase. • POWER TRAIN:AXLE ASSEMBLY:AXLE SHAFT#24V805000October 25, 2024

  Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Ford Transit vehicles previously repaired under recall number 24V-102. Incorrect bolts may have been used to attach the rear axle shaft, which can lead to the rear wheel locking up or separating from the axle.

  Risk: Rear wheel lock-up or separation of the wheel from the axle shaft can result in loss of vehicle control or loss of drive power. In addition, the vehicle may roll in park if the parking brake is not applied. Any of these scenarios can increase the risk of a crash.

  Remedy: Dealers will inspect the rear axle shaft bolts, replace incorrect bolts as necessary, and fill the differential fluid if needed, free of charge.   Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2024 Transit vehicles. The front gross axle weight rating may be labeled incorrectly on the vehicle B-pillar label and the owner's manual label, which can result in an overloaded vehicle.

  Risk: An overloaded vehicle may result in steering knuckle failure and a loss of steering control, increasing the risk of a crash.

  Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Transit vehicles. The steering column intermediate shaft may have been secured to the steering gear pinion shaft with an incorrect bolt, which can result in the separation of steering components and cause a loss of steering control.

  Risk: A loss of steering control can increase the risk of a crash.

• STEERING:ELECTRIC POWER ASSIST SYSTEM#24V542000July 19, 2024

  Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Transit vehicles equipped with a Transit Trail package. The electronic power assist steering (EPAS) ground eyelet joint may experience corrosion, which can result in a loss of power steering assist.

  Risk: A loss of power steering assist can increase the risk of a crash.

  Remedy: Dealers will install a new EPAS ground pigtail kit, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on January 10, 2025. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 24S46.

  Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Transit vehicles equipped with the Transit Trail package. The tires may contact the front wheel arch liner and body flange, causing damage to the tires.

  Risk: Damaged tires may experience a sudden loss of air pressure or tread separation, causing a loss of vehicle control and increasing the risk of a crash.

• POWER TRAIN:DRIVELINE:DRIVESHAFT#24V102000February 9, 2024

  Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Ford Transit vehicles. An inadequate amount of rear axle lubricant may cause rear axle tail bearing damage and seizure, which can result in wheel lock-up or driveshaft separation.

  Risk: Wheel lock-up or driveshaft separation can result in a loss of drive power. A disconnected driveshaft can also result in a roll away when the vehicle is in park without the parking brake applied. Any of these scenarios can increase the risk of a crash.
