03
  • Label#2024548

    314,717 units affected

Issue: On certain vehicles, the tire and loading information label does not list that there is no spare tire in both official languages. The label reads as "NONE" when it should read as "NONE / AUCUN". Canadian regulations require the information to be listed on the label in both English and French. Safety Risk: This error does not affect vehicle safety. Corrective Actions: This is not a recall. The company has corrected the tire and loading information label for all new vehicles.

  • Seats And Restraints#2024390

    8,387 units affected

Issue: On certain vehicles, the connector for the driver and/or passenger-front seat belt buckle sensor(s) could fail and cause the seat airbag(s) to deploy with too much force. Note: This problem would cause the airbag warning light to display on the instrument panel or the seat belt reminder chime and warning light to stay on, even if you're buckled. Safety Risk: An airbag that deploys with too much force could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the connector for the driver and/or passenger-front seat belt buckle sensor(s).

  • Airbag#2019178

    43 units affected

Issue: The occupant restraint controller (ORC) may be programmed incorrectly. This could cause some safety features such as airbags and seat belt pretensioners not to function as intended in a crash. Safety Risk: Safety features that do not function as intended in a crash could create an increased risk of injuries. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the ORC software.
