  • Suspension#2017223

    104 units affected

On certain motorcycles, the rear shock absorber lower eyelet could break and detach from the rear swing arm. This would cause the rear suspension to collapse, and would increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the rear shock absorber with a revised part.

  • Structure#2015459

    121 units affected

On certain motorcycles, the side-stand support tube may have an improper weld in the area that joins the support tube to the forged upper part of the side-stand. This could result in the side-stand breaking at that weld, which could cause the motorcycle to fall over, increasing the risk of injury to the rider and/or passenger. Correction: Dealers will inspect, and if necessary, replace the side-stand support tube with a new part.
