Issue: On certain vehicles, the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) warning light may not turn on when the tire pressure is low. Driving a vehicle with low tire pressure could lead to poor handling and/or a tire failure. Safety Risk: Poor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Aston Martin recommends that you should check the tire pressure and ensure that it matches the pressures listed on the tire and loading information label located inside the driver's door jamb. Aston Martin will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the TPMS software.

Issue: On certain vehicles, the pin(s) for the torque reaction link(s) may not have been manufactured correctly. As a result, the pin(s) could slide out of the rear lower suspension arm(s) and cause them to crack or break. If this happens, there could be a loss of vehicle control and/or damage to other suspension components and rear brakes. Safety Risk: A loss of vehicle control could increase the risk of a crash. Damaged brakes could cause extended stopping distances and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Aston Martin will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the rear torque reaction link bolts. The dealer will also inspect and replace any damaged parts, as necessary.

Issue: On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the rearview camera image not to display properly. Canadian regulations require the rearview image to display when the transmission is shifted into reverse gear. Safety Risk: A rearview camera image that doesn't display properly could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Aston Martin will notify owners by mail and send a wireless over-the-air software update to eligible vehicles to update the head unit software. Alternatively, you may schedule an appointment to have the update performed at an Aston Martin dealership.

Issue: On certain vehicles, the engine oil cooler hoses may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the hoses could fail and leak oil. This could cause a loss of power to the wheels and/or an engine fire. Note: This recall is an expansion of Transport Canada recall no. 2024-218. For the DBX model, certain vehicles repaired under that recall also require this repair. Safety Risk: A sudden loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. An engine fire can create a risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Aston Martin will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the engine oil cooler hoses.

Issue: On certain vehicles, the power cable(s) in the fuse box may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the cable(s) could become loose and overheat. If this happens, the engine could stall and the headlamps and/or the power steering assist could stop working. Safety Risk: A sudden loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. Wiring that overheats could create the risk of a fire. A loss of power steering assist can cause a sudden increase in steering effort. Headlamps that stop working could reduce visibility and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Aston Martin will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the fasteners for the power cables. The dealer will also inspect and, if necessary, replace any damaged parts.
