  • Suspension#2026297

    109 units affected

    Issue: On certain RV trailers, the shock bolts may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the bolts could break. If this happens, the bolts and washers could separate and fall from the trailer. Note: This recall only affects certain trailers equipped with Curt touring coil suspensions. Safety Risk: Parts that fall from the trailer could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Alliance RV will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your RV trailer to a dealership to replace the shock bolts.

    132 units affected

    Issue: On certain RV trailers, the wrong heating pads may have been installed for the 12 V battery. As a result, the battery could overheat. Safety Risk: A battery that overheats can create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Alliance RV advises not to use the 12 V battery heating pads until the recall repairs are completed. Alliance RV will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your RV trailer to a dealership to replace the heating pads.

    Issue: On a small number of RV trailers, the 7-pin trailer connector may not have been wired correctly. As a result, the emergency trailer breakaway switch may not work properly, and the trailer brakes may not automatically apply if the trailer separates from the tow vehicle. Safety Risk: A trailer breakaway switch that doesn't work properly could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Alliance RV will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your RV trailer to a dealership to rewire the 7-pin trailer connector.

U.S. NHTSA recalls

  • SUSPENSION:FRONT:SPRINGS:COIL SPRINGS#26V337000

    Alliance RV, LLC (Alliance) is recalling certain 2025-2027 Paradigm recreational trailers equipped with certain Curt Touring Coil Suspensions. The shock bolts may have been incorrectly tightened.

    Risk: Broken shock retainer bolt heads and washers may detach and become a road hazard to other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.

    Remedy: Dealers will replace the shock bolts, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 23, 2026. Owners may contact Alliance customer service at 1-574-218-7165.

  • EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL:ACCESSORY BATTERY#26V324000

    Alliance RV, LLC (Alliance) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Valor and Paradigm recreational trailers. The heating pad may not be appropriate for lithium battery applications.

    Risk: The heating pad may overheat in the battery compartment, increasing the risk of a fire.

    Remedy: Dealers will replace the heating pads, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 24, 2026. Owners may contact Alliance customer service at 1-574-218-7165. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning May 29, 2026.

  • ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING#24V675000

    Alliance RV, LLC (Alliance) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Paradigm 295MK, 310RL, 340RL, 370FB, 375RD, 380MP, 382RK, 385FL, and 395DS fifth wheels. The 7-way electrical connection to the brake actuator may have been mis-wired, which can prevent the brakes from engaging if the tow vehicle detaches.

    Risk: Brakes that fail to engage when a tow vehicle detaches increases the risk of a crash.

    Remedy: Dealers will inspect and correct the wiring, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 29, 2024. Owners may contact Alliance customer service at 1-574-218-7165.
