In addition, there are some translation errors between the English and French manuals. • Seats And Restraints#2014152

    618 units affected

Certain child car seats may not comply with Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 213 - Child Restraint Systems. During testing, the seat structure surrounding the top tether strap failed, allowing the top tether to separate from the seat. As a result, in the event of a severe collision, the overall structure of the child seat could be affected and the child occupant may not remain properly secured, thereby increasing the risk of injury. Correction: All registered owners will receive instructions on how to obtain a replacement seat. Non-registered owners of affected car seats, or owners who have moved, should contact The Car Seat Group at 1-855-422-4515 or by email at info@csg-canada.com for information on obtaining a replacement seat. Click here for more information and check to see if your car seat is affected
