Remarque : Ce rappel concerne seulement certaines autocaravanes équipées de ventilateurs de toit MaxxAir. Risques pour la sécurité : Un circuit imprimé qui surchauffe pourrait entraîner un risque d'incendie. Mesures correctives : Grand Design RV doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'amener leur autocaravane chez un concessionnaire afin de faire inspecter et, au besoin, remplacer le ou les circuits imprimés des ventilateurs de toit.

The tire information label may state the incorrect rear tire pressure. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 120, "Wheels and Rims - Other than Passenger Cars."
Risque: Incorrect tire pressure information can result in over inflated tires, increasing the risk of tire failure and a crash.
Correctif: Dealers will replace the labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 17, 2026. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand Design's number for this recall is M910065.

Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2026-2027 Lineage recreational vehicles equipped with certain MaxxAir N-Series Maxxfan rooftop ventilation fans. The printed circuit board may fail during certain operations and overheat.
Risque: An overheated printed circuit board increases the risk of a fire.

Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Lineage recreational vehicles. The adhesive securing the solar panels to the roof may fail, allowing the solar panel to detach.
Risque: A detached solar panel can become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.
Correctif: Dealers will install mechanical fasteners, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 11, 2026. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand Design's number for this recall is M910059. This recall supersedes NHTSA recall 26V042.

Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Lineage recreational vehicles. The driver and passenger seat bases may have not been tightened properly. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 207, “Seating Systems.”
Risque: A loose base may allow the seat to move during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
Correctif: Dealers will inspect and properly tighten the seat bases as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 15, 2026. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand Design's number for this recall M910060.

Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Lineage recreational trailers, equipped with Lippert Modularia entrance doors. The door latch mechanism may fail.
Risque: Door latch failure may prevent occupants from exiting the vehicle in an emergency, increasing the risk of injury.
