Issue: On certain motorcycles, the rear shock linkage could break. As a result, the rear of the motorcycle could drop suddenly and contact and stop the rear wheel. This could cause a sudden loss of stability and/or loss of control. Safety Risk: A loss of stability or control could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Zero Motorcycles advises not to ride your motorcycle until the recall repairs are completed. Zero Motorcycles will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to replace the rear shock linkage.
