Issue: On certain golf cars, the passenger-side brake cable may not have been routed properly. As a result, the brake line could wear and fail. If this happens, there could be reduced braking. Safety Risk: Reduced braking can cause increased stopping distances and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Yamaha will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your golf car to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the passenger-side brake cable.
