    Issue: On certain RV trailers, the compliance label and tire and loading information label don't list the correct tire size. As a result, when the tires are replaced, the wrong tires could be installed. This could cause poor handling and/or a tire failure. Safety Risk: Poor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Winnebago will mail a new compliance label and tire and loading information label to each owner. If you would like help to install the labels, you can contact a Winnebago dealership to have them installed free of charge.

    Issue: On certain motorhomes, the wrong trailer hitch label was installed. This could lead you to overload the motorhome, which could cause poor handling or a tire failure. Safety Risk: Poor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Winnebago will mail a new trailer hitch label to each owner. If you would like help to install it, you can contact a Winnebago dealer to have it installed free of charge.

    Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2022 Ekko, 2020-2022 Minnie Winnie, Spirit, 2020-2022 View, Navion, and 2020-2021 Vita, and Porto motorhomes. An incorrect hitch label was installed, which can lead to overloading of the vehicle.

    Risk: An overloaded vehicle can cause a loss of control, increasing the risk of a crash.

    Remedy: Dealers will install the correct labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters were Mailed May 6/2024. Owners may contact Winnebago customer service at 1-641-585-6939 or 1-800-537-1885. Winnebago's number for this recall is 177.

  • STRUCTURE:EMERGENCY:ESCAPE/EGRESS/EXIT#20V441000

    Winnebago Towable (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2019-2020 Micro Minnie 5 travel trailers. An emergency exit window was not installed in the bedroom.

    Risk: If occupants do not have access to the entry door, there is no alternate means of escape provided which may result in serious injury or death.

    Remedy: Winnebago will notify owners, and dealers will replace the right side bedroom window with an escape window, free of charge. The recall began August 17, 2020. Owners may contact Winnebago customer service at 1-574-825-5280 extension 5220.
