    Issue: On certain motorhomes, the wrong front turn signal lamps may have been installed. As a result, they don't meet the requirements of Canadian regulations. Safety Risk: Turn signals that are difficult to see could cause a person not to recognize when a driver intends to turn or change lanes. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Action: Winnebago will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to replace front turn signals.

    Issue: On certain motorhomes, the hood mounting brackets may not have been properly attached. As a result, the bracket(s) could loosen and detach from the motorhome while driving. Safety Risk: A hood mounting bracket that detaches from the motorhome could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Winnebago will notify owners by mail. The corrective actions for this recall are under development.

    Issue: On certain motorhomes, the front turn signal lights may be too small. As a result, the turn signals could be difficult to see, and the motorhomes may not meet certain requirements of Canadian regulations. Safety Risk: Turn signals that are difficult to see could cause a person not to recognize when a driver intends to turn or change lanes. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Winnebago will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to replace the front turn signal lights.

  • Electrical#2019572

    16 units affected

    Issue: On certain motorhomes, an electrical connector may have been incorrectly installed directly on the floor. If the floor gets wet under this connector while the motorhome has power, there could be a risk of a short circuit. Safety Risk: A short circuit could increase the risk of fire. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to install a stand-off bracket between the floor and the electrical connector.
