    Issue: On certain motorhomes, the pop-top may not latch properly. As a result, the pop-top could open and detach from the motorhome while driving. Note: This recall only affects certain slumber models. Safety Risk: A pop-top that detaches from the motorhome could create a hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Roadtrek will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to replace the latch and safety straps on the pop-top.

    Issue: On a small number of motorhomes, the compliance and tire and loading labels may list the wrong cargo carrying capacity information. The compliance label incorrectly lists the cargo carrying capacity as 238 kg (525 lb.) when it should list it as 227 kg (500 lb.). Additionally, the tire and loading label incorrectly lists the combined weight of occupants and cargo as 660 kg (1455 lb.) when it should list it as 499 kg (1098 lb.). This could lead to overloading of the motorhome and cause poor handling or a tire failure. Safety Risk: Poor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Roadtrek will mail a corrected labels to each owner. If you would like help to install the labels, you can contact a Roadtrek dealer to have them installed free of charge.

  • Seats And Restraints#2024757

    Issue: On a small number of motorhomes, the second-row seat frame may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the guide brackets for the second-row seat belts are missing and the seat belts may not retract properly. Safety Risk: A loose seat belt could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Roadtrek advises that you shouldn't transport passengers in the second-row seats until the recall repairs have been completed. Roadtrek will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to install guide brackets for the second-row seat belts.
