    566 units affected

    On certain vehicles converted for mobility-impaired persons, the compliance label is not bilingual and does not meet the requirements of the Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations. Correction: A letter will be mailed to owners of affected vehicles along with an updated label and instructions for proper installation.

  • Fuel System#2011371

    4 units affected

    On certain vehicles converted for mobility-impaired persons, two fuel line connectors (made of non-conductive resin) may have been inadvertently installed during the vehicle conversion process. Connectors that are unable to dissipate static electricity build-up in the fuel system may cause a spark discharge, which could result in a vehicle fire causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will install a fuel line retrofit kit.
