Issue: On certain sewer cleaner trucks, there is a software problem that could allow use of the jetting mode while the transmission is not in park. As a result, the vehicle could move suddenly while working. Safety Risk: Sudden and unexpected movement of the truck could create a risk of injury or a crash. Corrective Actions: Vactor will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to update vehicle software.
