Issue: On certain motorcycles, the rear reflex reflector may not have been properly attached. As a result, it could fall off. Canadian regulations require motorcycles to have rear reflectors. Safety Risk: A motorcycle that is missing reflectors may be less visible to others. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Triumph will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorcycle to a dealer to replace the rear reflex reflector.
