  Issue: On certain motorhomes, the wiring for the cooktop may not be grounded. Note: This recall only affects motorhomes equipped with a 240 V induction cooktop. Safety Risk: An ungrounded cooktop could create a risk of shock or electrocution. Corrective Actions: Tiffin will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to install a ground connection in the cooktop's metal junction box.

  Issue: Certain motorhomes built on a Freightliner chassis could have a problem with the rear-mounted Power Distribution Module (PDM). This could cause the tail lights not to work properly. Note: This recall replaces FL-856 (Transport Canada recall 2020-421). Motorhomes that were repaired under that recall also require this repair. Safety Risk: Brake lights or turn signals that do not work could cause a following driver not to recognize that a vehicle ahead is braking or intends to turn. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Tiffin will notify owners by mail and instruct you to contact a Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) authorized service facility to schedule a repair. The service facility will install a new wiring harness bypass.

  Issue: On certain motorhomes, the fuel rail assembly could develop a leak. Note: This recall only affects motorhomes equipped with a Cummins L9 diesel engine. Safety Risk: A fuel leak can create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Cummins will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a Cummins authorized service center to inspect the fuel rail. If damage is found, the fuel rail and fuel lines will be replaced. If no damage is found, the fuel rail will be reassembled with new crush washers using a special tool.

Corrective Actions: Tiffin will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their motorhome to a Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) authorized service facility to replace the PDM.

  On certain motorhomes equipped with Kidde fire extinguishers with black plastic handles and valves, the fire extinguishers may become clogged or require excessive force to activate. Also, the nozzle may detach from the valve assembly with enough force that it could cause injury, and fail to discharge. In case of fire, failure of the extinguisher to function could result in injury and/or property damage. Correction: Owners will be provided with instructions on how to inspect the fire extinguisher to see if it is recalled. Replacement fire extinguishers will be supplied by Kidde directly. Correction: Labels will be mailed to owners of affected vehicles, along with instructions for proper installation. Note: This is an expansion of recall 2016-563.

  Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2016-2024 Allegro Bus, and 2017-2024 Zephyr motorhomes. The 240-Volt induction cooktop may not be grounded, which can create an electrical shock hazard if the wires short-circuit.

  Risk: An electrical shock can increase the risk of injury.

  Remedy: Dealers will install a ground for the metal junction box, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 20, 2023. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-133.

• VISIBILITY:REARVIEW MIRRORS/DEVICES:EXTERIOR#16V638000September 2, 2016

  Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain model year 2017 Allegro Bus motorhomes manufactured April 12, 2016, to June 21, 2016. Due to insufficient holding power of the mirror arm swivel mechanism, the passenger side mirror could move while the vehicle is in motion.

  Risk: If the mirror does not stay in position, it can reduce the driver's visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.

  Remedy: Tiffin will notify owners, and dealers will install a retrofit kit to secure the passenger mirror swivel arm mechanism, free of charge. The recall began on September 9, 2016. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256- 356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-103.
