Safety Risk: A solar panel that detaches from the vehicle could create a hazard for other road users and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Thor Motor Coach will notify owners by mail. Issue: On certain vehicles, a fuel hose on the generator may not be properly secured and could leak fuel. Note: This recall only affects vehicles equipped with an Onan QG 2800i generator. Safety Risk: A fuel leak can create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Thor Motor Coach will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a Cummins authorized service center to inspect the fuel hose between the generator fuel filter and injection pump module. The fuel hose and clamps will be replaced, if necessary. To reduce the safety risk, Thor Motor Coach advises that you should not use the generator until the recall inspection is completed.

The corrective actions for this recall are under development. Thor Motor Coach recommends that you should inspect the awning to ensure it's in the fully retracted position before driving. You should also check it periodically throughout your trip.

Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2021-2024 Thor Rize and Scope motorhomes. The solar panel frame may fracture around the mounting bolts, allowing the panel to detach from the vehicle.
Risk: A detached solar panel can become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the lower bracket, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 9, 2024. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-855-2867. TMC's number for this recall is RC000298.

Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Sequence, 2021-2024 Rize, Scope, Tellaro, 2023-2024 Dazzle, and Twist motorhomes, equipped with certain Cummins Onan QG 2800i generator sets. The fuel hose between the inline fuel filter and the injection pump module (IPM) may have inadequate clamp force, possibly resulting in a gasoline leak.
Risk: A gas leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.

Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2022 Scope, Tellaro, Sanctuary, Delano, Sequence, Tranquility, Rize, Synergy, Quantum, Magnitude, Geneva, Compass, Chateau, Four Winds, and 2022-2023 Tiburon, and Gemini vehicles. The quick disconnect fittings in the LP gas system may be cracked, causing a gas leak.
Risk: A gas leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the quick disconnect fittings, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 27, 2022. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-855-2867.
