Issue: On certain motorhomes, the solar panel may not have been installed properly. As a result, the solar panel could loosen and separate from the vehicle while driving. Safety Risk: A solar panel that detaches from the vehicle could create a hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Thor Motor Coach will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, install washers on the solar panel mounting brackets.

U.S. NHTSA recalls
01- STRUCTURE:CRITICAL FASTENERS#25V097000
Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2023 Gemini and Compass motorhomes. Washers were not installed with the roof mounting brackets.
Risk: Without washers, the solar panel can detach and become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and install washers on the mounting brackets as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 26, 2025. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 877-855-2867. TMC's number for this recall is RC000322.
