Tires manufactured in Canada must meet all Canadian regulations if they are sold or shipped outside their province of manufacture. Safety Risk: Tires that do not meet Canadian regulations may be unsafe for use. Corrective Actions: Owners of tires affected by this recall are advised to contact the company at 1-800-463-0747.

Certain tires do not comply with the performance requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 139 — New Radial Ply Tires for Motor Vehicles with a GVWR of 4 536 kg or less. A tire failure could cause a loss of vehicle control and increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: The company will inspect and replace non-compliant tires with those meeting all performance requirements
