Issue: On certain buses, the bolts for the driver's seat belt may not be properly tightened. This could cause the seat belt come loose or detach in a crash. Safety Risk: A driver that is not properly restrained could be injured in a crash. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail. Owners will be instructed to take their vehicle to a dealer to have the bolts for the driver's seat belt inspected and tightened, as required.

On certain buses equipped with a Braun wheelchair lift, over time and with frequent use, the roll stop latches on the outer barrier may become bent or misaligned. As a result, a wheelchair occupant may defeat or ride over the insufficiently latched roll stop. If this occurs when the lift platform is in an elevated position, the user could fall and sustain injury. Correction: Authorized Braun service facilities will replace the outer barrier latch, bracket and clevis pin.
