    Issue: Certain tires were built with an incorrect sidewall component. Over time, this could cause the tire to lose air pressure and result in a tire failure. Safety Risk: A tire failure could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: The company will send a letter to registered owners to advise them of this problem. If you have these tires, you should inspect them for the following tire identification number to see if your tires are affected: UP40 LW8 3019. You should contact a Cooper Tire dealer if you have tires with this number or if you need help inspecting them. All tires affected by this recall will be replaced.
