Issue: On certain RV trailers, the propane (LP) regulator could fail. If this happens, high-pressure propane could reach the appliances. Note: This recall is an expansion of recall 2021-368. This recall only affects trailers equipped with a Winntec model 6020 propane regulator. Safety Risk: Unregulated propane pressure can create the risk of an appliance fire. Corrective Action: Starcraft will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your trailer to a dealer to replace the propane (LP) regulator.

Issue: On certain travel trailers, the compliance label has some errors in the metric conversions. 1. The maximum cargo weight is listed as 80 kg, when it should be 807 kg. 2. The rear and spare tire pressures are listed as 5521 kPa and 5527 kPa, when they should be 552 kPa. All of the imperial data provided is correct. Safety Risk: These small errors are unlikely to affect safety. Corrective Actions: This is not a recall. The company has made production changes to ensure that all new vehicles meet the requirements of Canadian regulations.

On certain travel trailers, the steel strap installed to secure to propane tank may have been manufactured incorrectly. This could allow the propane tank to become unsecured and come out of its compartment, which could result in a fire or explosion causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the defective steel straps.
