On certain snowmobiles, the fuel pump inlet may contact the oil tank and become damaged, which would result in a fuel leak. Fuel leakage, in the presence of an ignition source, could result in a fire causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will install spacers for the fuel tank and oil tank.

Certain vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 1106 - Noise Emissions. The noise level is too high under acceleration.
