Issue: On certain fire trucks, a problem with the gauge cluster could cause the odometer reading to freeze or to display incorrect information. This error could lead you not to know how far the truck has travelled. As a result, an owner could miss or delay important vehicle maintenance. Safety Risk: Missed or delayed vehicle maintenance could lead to a part failure and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Rosenbauer will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the gauge cluster.

Issue: On certain fire trucks, the fuel tubes between the fuel rail and the injectors may crack and create a fuel leak. Note: This recall only affects fire trucks equipped with a Cummins X12 diesel engine. Safety Risk: A fuel leak can create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Rosenbauer will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your fire truck to a Cummins authorized service center to replace the fuel tubes for cylinders 4, 5 and 6 and install vibration isolators.

Issue: On certain fire trucks, the compliance label may not list the correct tire inflation pressures. This could lead you to underinflate the tires. Driving a vehicle with underinflated tires could cause poor handling and/or a tire failure. Safety Risk: Tires that are not properly inflated could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Rosenbauer will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to verify that the compliance label has the correct tire inflation pressures. They will replace it with a corrected label, if required.

Issue: On certain vehicles, the fuel rail assembly could develop a leak. Note: This recall only affects vehicles equipped with a Cummins L9 or ISX12 diesel engine. Safety Risk: A fuel leak can create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Cummins will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a Cummins authorized service center to inspect the fuel rail. If damage is found, the fuel rail and fuel lines will be replaced. If no damage is found, the fuel rail will be reassembled with new crush washers using a special tool.

U.S. NHTSA recalls
02- ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: INSTRUMENT CLUSTER/PANEL#25V475000
Rosenbauer America (Rosenbauer) is recalling certain 2019-2022 Avenger, 2019-2024 Commander, and Warrior fire trucks equipped with an Innovative Controls instrument panel. A software error may cause the odometer to freeze and not display accurate mileage.
Risk: An inaccurate odometer reading can unintentionally delay critical safety-related maintenance, potentially impairing the safe operation of the vehicle and increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the instrument panel, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 10, 2025. Owners may contact Rosenbauer customer service at 1-651-462-1000.
- FUEL SYSTEM, DIESEL:FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM:FUEL RAIL#21V334000
Rosenbauer America (Rosenbauer) is recalling certain 2016-2021 Commander, Warrior, Avenger, and 2019 Commercial M2 106 vehicles. The sealing washer may not seat correctly in the pilot bore holes, allowing the high pressure fuel rail assembly to leak.
Risk: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the rail as necessary, free of charge. Interim owner notification letters were mailed on July 9, 2021. Owners may contact Rosenbauer customer service at 1-651-462-1000.
