    Issue: On a small number of buses, the driver's side mirror may not be properly attached. As a result, the mirror could fall from the bus. Safety Risk: A mirror that falls from the bus could create a road hazard for others. A missing mirror will reduce rear visibility. Both issues could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Prevost will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your bus to a Prevost service center to inspect and, if necessary, replace the side mirror.

    Issue: On certain buses, the fasteners for the passenger seat backs and seat belts may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the seat backs and/or seat belts could move or detach in a crash. Safety Risk: A seat back and/or seat belt that moves or detaches could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Action: Prevost will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your bus to a Prevost service center to inspect and, if necessary, tighten the fasteners.
