Safety Risk: An airbag that is turned off could increase the risk of injury to a passenger in a crash. Corrective Actions: Porsche will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the passenger-front seat cushion. Porsche advises that you shouldn't use the front passenger seat if an error message displays on the instrument panel or if the airbag indicator light displays "passenger airbag off" with an occupant in the seat.

Once the final repair is available, Porsche will notify you by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to install an advanced diagnostic software that will monitor the high-voltage battery and warn you if it detects a problem.
