  • Seats And Restraints#2011293

    16 units affected

On certain vehicles, the seatbelt anchors were manufactured incorrectly and, as a result, may not rotate as designed. Failure of the seatbelt anchorage to restrain the occupant as intended would increase the risk of personal injury during a crash. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the seatbelt anchors.

  • Wheels#2011194

    174 units affected

On certain vehicles, the wheel retention system may fail. A wheel separating from the vehicle could cause a loss of control and a crash. In addition, the errant wheel assembly could strike a vehicle, property, or a bystander. These issues could result in property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the central wheel lock bolts.
