Certain ATV’s may not comply with the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 108 - Lighting System and Retroreflective Devices. The vehicles may have not been equipped with the required rear reflex reflectors, contrary to requirements of the standard. This could decrease vehicle conspicuity and potentially increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Polaris will provide the missing rear reflex reflectors to current owners with instructions for proper placement. If owners are not comfortable installing the reflectors themselves, they can take the reflectors to a Polaris dealer for installation.
