02- Fuel System#2018153
2,607 units affected
On certain ATV and side-by-side UTV’s, the material of the fuel pump flange assembly (PFA) could degrade over time and may crack. In some circumstances, if the PFA material were to crack, it could result in a fuel leak, which in the presence of an ignition source, could increase the risk of a fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will install a protective fuel pump cover to shield the PFA from contamination.
- Brakes#2017352
153 units affected
On certain side-by-side UTV’s, one or more incorrect fasteners may have been used on the front brake calipers. This could lead to loss of clamp load and, eventually, detachment of the callipers and loss of front brake function, which could result in reduced braking performance, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect, and as necessary, replace any incorrect fasteners found with the correct fastener. Note: In the interim, owners are advised to not operate their vehicle until the defect has been repaired.
