On certain motorcycles, a front brake hose could interfere and chafe against the engine’s secondary air system connection. This could result in the brake hose leaking, which could lead to a loss of braking capability of the front brake, increasing stopping distances and increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will install a front brake hose support kit and replace any damaged hoses.
