Canadian regulations require information about the airbag system to be provided on both sides of the sun visor. Safety Risk: This small error does not affect safety. Corrective Actions: This is not a recall. Maserati has made changes to ensure that all new vehicles have the airbag warning labels installed correctly.

On certain vehicles, the seat wiring harness layout may have been routed incorrectly during manufacturing. Through normal seat adjustment, this could cause the seat wiring harness to rub against metal points on the seat/seat frame assembly. Over time, this could lead to an inoperative seat adjustment system, and in some cases could result in an electrical short to ground between the seat wiring harness and the seat adjustment motor assembly, which could increase the risk of fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect routing and will secure and protect the seat wiring harness, and if necessary, install a new seat wiring harness.

If the pinion nut loosens, it could cause noise, vibration, reduced gear and bearing life, and a differential fluid leak at the pinion seal. In the worst case, the rear wheels could lock up while the vehicle is in motion, causing a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will check the torque of the rear differential unit pinion nut and, if necessary, replace the rear differential unit.
