Corrective Actions: Triple E will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to inspect the 120 V wiring to the air conditioner. A grommet will be installed and the wiring will be repaired, if necessary.

Note: This recall only affects motorhomes equipped with a Marshall Excelsior 2-stage propane regulator marked with lot number K0722 or K1822. Safety Risk: A propane gas leak could create the risk of a fire or explosion. Corrective Action: Triple E will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions for inspecting the lot number of the propane regulator. If the regulator on your motorhome has one of the lot numbers listed above, Triple E will advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to perform a leak test, and replace the regulator if necessary. To reduce the safety risk, Triple E recommends to turn off the propane system in the motorhome until the recall repairs have been completed.

Safety Risk: A propane gas leak could create the risk of a fire or explosion. Corrective Actions: Triple E will notify owners by mail and instruct you to contact Dometic, the manufacturer of the cooktop. Dometic advises that you must immediately shut off the propane supply at the tank regulator. Don't use the propane system in your RV until the cooktop recall repairs have been completed. Dometic will provide you with information for how to inspect the serial number on your cooktop. If the serial number is within the affected range, you will be instructed to take your motorhome to a Dometic dealer or service centre to replace the cooktop.

  Issue: On certain motorhomes, the label on the front driver-side baggage compartment may list the wrong weight limit. The label incorrectly lists the weight limit as 227 kg (500 lb.), when it should be 75 kg (165 lb.) As a result, you could overload the compartment. If this happens, the compartment could break and cargo could fall onto the road. Safety Risk: Cargo that falls from the motorhome could create a hazard for other drivers and could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Triple E will mail a replacement label (decal) to each owner. If you would like help to install it, you can contact a Triple E dealership to have it installed free of charge.

You will be instructed to take your motorhome to a dealer or RV service center to have the heat shield installed. Any twisted or kinked lines or hoses will be repositioned or replaced, as required.

  On certain vehicles equipped with a trailer lighting control module, or that had a trailer lighting control module installed as an aftermarket accessory, water may enter the module and connector, and could cause wiring corrosion and damage to the module. This could result in an electrical short to ground, which could cause an uncommanded seat belt pretensioner deployment, a burning smell and/or an increased risk of fire, even when the vehicle is parked and the ignition is off. This may also cause turn signals to flash rapidly as well as cause a loss of the instrument cluster display, heater and air conditioning controls, and multimedia system (radio, screens, SYNC). An electrical short could increase the risk of injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Ford dealers will add a drainage hole to the driver's door stepwell and incorporate a fuse into the vehicle wiring harness. Note: This campaign will be handled by Ford Canada under campaign number 17S34.
