    296 units affected

Issue: On certain motorhomes, the wiring harness for the rear lights may rub on the fresh water tank bracket. This could damage the wiring harness and cause the tail lights not to work. Safety Risk: Brake lights or turn signals that do not work properly could make the vehicle less visible. They could also cause a following driver not to recognize that a vehicle ahead is braking or intends to turn. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Triple E will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a dealer to install a repair kit that will prevent the wiring harness from rubbing on the fresh water tank bracket.

  • Accessories#2020518

    280 units affected

Issue: On certain motorhomes, the brass fitting connecting the propane gas line to the water heater is incorrect. As a result, the connection could leak propane gas. Safety Risk: A propane gas leak could create the risk of fire or explosion. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a dealership to replace the brass fitting that connects the propane gas line to the water heater.

  • Electrical#2019145

Issue: On one motorhome, the electrical inverter in the lower-front baggage compartment was wired incorrectly. As a result, the inverter power outlets are not ground-fault protected. Safety Risk: A power outlet that is not properly ground-fault protected could create an increased risk of electrocution. Corrective Actions: Triple E will send the correct three wire connector to the dealer and provide instructions for proper installation.

  • Electrical#2018709

    3 units affected

On certain motorhomes, the metal cable which supports the battery compartment door could come into contact with the battery terminal and cause a short circuit. This could increase the risk of a fire and/or the battery exploding causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the metal cable with a new one that has a protective coating to insulate it.
