Note: This recall only affects trailers equipped with a Winntec model 6020 propane regulator. Safety Risk: Unregulated propane pressure can create the risk of an appliance fire. Corrective Action: KZ RV will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your travel trailer to a dealer, to replace the propane (LP) regulator.

Issue: On certain travel trailers, the brackets used to mount the flip-down storage rack could fail. If this happens, the rack and its contents could fall from the motorhome. Safety Risk: A storage rack that detaches from the travel trailer could cause personal injury or create a road hazard for others. Corrective Actions: KZ RV will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their travel trailer to a dealer to change the mounting brackets and inspect the storage rack. If the rack is damaged, it will be replaced.

In addition, the testing to insure the propane line does not have leaks was not performed. Propane gas in the presence of an ignition source could result in a fire and/or an explosion causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will ensure proper installation of the propane line and will test the propane system for leaks.
